Panelists discuss the role of the U.S. legal system in promoting justice, liberty and prosperity in our society, contrasting the role it actually plays with the role it ideally should play.  Joined by healthcare and education practitioners, group discusses the role of law in promoting justice, liberty and prosperity in the specific areas of education and healthcare, including recommendations for improvement.
