Gloria O'Neill

Gloria O’Neill has served as president and CEO for the Cook Inlet Tribal Council, Inc. (CITC) in Anchorage Alaska since 1998.   In that time, the Cook Inlet Tribal Council has initiated many programs within the Alaska community which they serve.  Currently, they administer over 35 programs which reach over 12,000 Alaska Natives. 

In conjunction with her responsibilities with CITC, O’Neill also serves on many boards and committees.  Currently she sits on the Alaska Workers’ Compensation Board, the U.S. Bureau of Indian Affairs/Tribal Budget Advisory Council, the Anchorage Community Land Trust, the Anchorage Museum of History and Art, which she helped found in 2004, the Enstar Community Advisory Board, the Mayor’s Business Development Council, the U.S. Census Bureau Committee, Advisory Committee on Race and Ethnicity (appointed by the U.S. Secretary of Commerce), the Cook Inlet Housing Authority and the Alaska Federation of Natives.
