Professor Paul Zane Pilzer to Deliver Speech on The Future of U.S. Health Insurance

 

The Park City Center for Public Policy www.parkcitycenter.org/ will hold its inaugural meeting, open to the public, in Park City on September 20-21, 2007.  The agenda and registration details are available on the website.

 

On Thursday, September 20, the Park City Center will host a private dinner for VIP attendees at Stein Eriksen Lodge in Deer Valley. At this dinner, economist Paul Zane Pilzer will deliver a brief 30-45 minute keynote speech on the Future of U.S. Health Insurance.

 

Professor Pilzer, the founder of the two leading U.S. companies providing individualized health benefits, was an appointed economic advisor in two White House administrations. He is the author of 8 best-selling books (including The New Health Insurance Solution) and a former commentator on CNN and NPR. On July 30, 2007 he was featured in a front page article in The Wall St. Journal (attached) and is currently at the center of the controversy over switching from employer-sponsored group health insurance to individual policies.
