Tom Stack has more than 30 years of experience in federal service management.  As a senior executive with the Office of Management and Budget, Jim Souby has commented that, "Tom knows how every federal financial program works, why it works that way and what we ought to do about it."

Greg Wolf, Executive Director of the National Policy Consensus Center has been involved in state and local government for more than 23 years, with a particular expertise in consensus processes.  He has been serving on the Center's Environmental Advisory Board for more than three years.
