Mary-Ann Pomerleau is a seasoned business manager and educator and the founder of Performance Learning, LLC. Drawing on her 15 years of experience in process and information management and strategic training and development, Dr. Pomerleau's consulting group facilitates organizational learning that transforms organizational culture—changing the way people collaborate, think, and work, leveraging performance to achieve desired results. In addition, she has worked with public and private K-12 and graduate schools throughout the country to help design, develop, implement, and assess processes and procedures that increase student achievement. Mary-Ann is the co-director of the Oquirrh Institute's USDOE grant on teacher quality as well as the coordinator of the Institute's Feeder School Network project.
Dr. Pomerleau received her BA from Mercyhurst College in Erie, Pennsylvania, an MS from Black Hills State University in South Dakota, and her doctorate from Pepperdine University in Malibu, California. She also holds certifications in Future Search Strategic Planning and Dialogue Facilitation, and has received school management leadership training from the Anderson School's (UCLA) Advanced Management Program.
