ENLIBRA STAFF JESSICA EVANS Envionmental Policy Intern E-mail: jevans@oquirrhinstitute.org Ms. Evans graduated from Utah State University with a bachelor of science degree in Environmental Studies and Bioregional Planning. Before interning with the Oquirrh Institute, Ms. Evans worked as a researcher at Utah State University, winning an award for Undergraduate Researcher of the Year. She has also worked for the Nature Conservancy (Wyoming Chapter) and Tread Lightly, and studied abroad in Germany. Ms. Evans is working closely with Senior Fellow Brad Barber to assist in the Center for Environmental Management projects. As project coordinator for the Oquirrh Institute's Center for Environmental Management, she has worked alongside the center's senior fellow to coordinate the compilation of the Enlibra Toolkit, and is now working on the marketing and development of Toolkit training programs.
